To reduce downtimes caused by hardware failures and to be operational again as soon as possible, we offer a hardware replacement service for our MOSAiX Server Modules. Not later than 24 hours after sending your Server Module to ou technical service you will be supplied with an adequate Server Module.
After placing it into the network, you are operational again. Periodical backups are made online by MOSAiX Europe and stored for this case – data safety and secrecy guaranteed – and restored on the new Server Module before shipped as replacement.
With this hardware replacement support you can reduce downtimes caused by hardware failures to a minimum.
