You get a user account to use the MOSAIX ticket system. Open a ticket and define your problem there and you get the solution by e-mail as soon as possible. You can keep yourself informed about the process by using your ticket number in the ticket system.
Maybe someone else already had the problem you are confronted with? In the ticket system you can also search for solutions, because every ticket will be saved in a database.
