With every MOSAiX Server Module or MOSAiX Open Source solution you get 4 weeks remote support for free. MOSAiX Europe  uses modern VPN technology. If you should encounter problems while installing just contact us by telephone, e-mail or use the ticket system, for the use of which you have an account for 4 weeks. After the contact has been made, the problem will be solved by remote support, because we want to keep our promise: fast and fluent installation.

After 4 weeks of installation support you can choose a standard support contract or a preventive support contract.

Every type of contract can be combined with a hardware service contract for MOSAiX Server Modules.
